In ArcGIS Notebook Server, when adding data from My Organization, the error “You do not have permissions to access this resource” pops up even if the custom role has Administrative privileges to Content (All functionalities), Create and Edit Notebook and Advanced Notebooks.

Solución alternativa

• Click on Settings > Collaborations to grant custom role the Administrative privileges in Portal for ArcGIS. However, this also grants this role the privilege to edit, remove, or create collaboration. 
• Ignore the error and add the content from My Organization to the Notebook and continue working.
