In ArcGIS Hub Premium, the follow button is not autocompleted when creating a community account, and the user must click the follow button again after setting up an account.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Hub. Following the first attempt to complete the email form to sign up for a community account, the invite is successfully sent. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.
