In ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, on the 'Poll an ArcGIS Server for Features' page, selecting the 'Timestamp since last-received to newest-feature timestamp' option for the 'Method to Identify Incremental Updates' parameter operates as greater than or equal to the operator rather than greater than.
