Error
In ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.7.1, the Update a Feature Output Connector allows a reserved PostgreSQL field name (for example, limit) to be used which causes the service publication to fail.

Reserved field names are appended with an underscore in the resulting feature service. The alias remains as the original field name.Solución alternativa
In GeoEvent Definition, rename the reserved field name with an underscore (for example, '_limit') and republish.
