This behavior is functioning as designed as an offline area in ArcGIS Field Maps can identify when a feature within that area no longer meets the requirements for displaying on a layer (such as a filter), however it cannot send those changes to the hosted feature layer or view layer in order to update them to meet the requirements for displaying on another layer (in this case, another view layer) until the map is synced.Pasos para reproducir
