Error
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, utilizing non-premium subscriber content as a data source does not display the Authorize Subscriber Content Items dialog box when attempting to publish the app.

This is a known limitation. Since the proxy is created for individual layers and the imagery layer is not currently supported as a data source, it will not be listed in the subscriber content authentication window.Solución alternativa
A workaround to allow public access to the app in accordance with the Subscriber content is to authorize subscriber content through the REST Endpoint as explained in this documentation article: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-living-atlas/mapping/living-atlas-subscriber-content-public-apps/.
