Error
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Map Layers widget does not show an icon for Hide/Show labels if Show or hide labels option is enabled and Actions are disabled for this widget.

Per investigation, this must have been caused by a defect in the Map Viewer. The label property cannot hold even after refreshing the map directly in the Map Viewer. The issue does not happen after the 2025 February release anymore.Solución alternativa
Open the existing web map with the service, make a change to the label setting and save the web map. Simply changing the attribute used in labelling will suffice. Once the application is refreshed, the icon for Show/Hide label in Map Layers widget appears.
