Error
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, fields in the Table widget display in alphabetical order rather than following the custom arrangement set in ArcGIS Pro when sourced from an enterprise environment.

The development team determined that this behavior is as designed. When adding the service into a web map, the layer's pop-up is ordered alphabetically. Instead of publishing the data to the unfederated ArcGIS Server or Portal for ArcGIS, users might consider publishing it directly from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online, as this workflow does not reproduce the issue.
