Error
In ArcGIS Dashboards, the {percentChange} parameter in the Indicator widget displays incorrect decimal places when the percentChange value is negative.

This is a known limitation due to rounding.Solución alternativa
To ensure all desired decimal places are shown, increase the minimum decimal places.
An alternative workaround is to use Arcade in the indicator and replace the line: var percentChange = ratioChange*100
with var percentChange = round(ratioChange*100,1)
