Error
In ArcGIS API for JavaScript, the stream layer does not render when it is published with the related features and 'Watch a Folder' is set for new XML files.

The websocket connection does not have any features coming over it, and the service is not configured with a "keepLatestArchive" feature service. So not seeing anything is the correct result. "relatedFeatures" are supposed to be joined with the incoming features (on the join key), not rendered by themselves. The 4.8 behavior is incorrect.Pasos para reproducir
