Error
In ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.21, the sample application of a FeatureFilter does not filter the features in the pop-up window.

This is an expected behavior of a FeatureFilter. The filters only affect the visibility of the features on the client-side and the pop-up queries the service from the server. The filters affect the feature visibility and do not return geometry or attribute information associated with the filtered features.
