Error

In an annotation feature class with Chinese as the text string, a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) tag string is added to the TEXTSTRING value in the attribute table if the font value is updated from SimSun to Sylfaen.

This is "as designed". The Sylfaen font doesn''t contain the glyphs and the WYSIWYG control shows the fallback font which in this case is the SimSun font.
