Error
If there is no attachment outside the repeat or no other questions answered inside the repeat, the ArcGIS Survey123 website does not show the repeat's image attachments on the Individual Response pane for surveys hosted on versions of Portal for ArcGIS older than 10.8.

- Add an image question and add an attachment outside the repeat.
- Add and answer another question besides the image question inside the repeat when submitting the form.
