Error

If there are too many single quotes in a CSV file, ArcGIS Online ignores the double quotes as text delimiters when publishing the CSV file.

Solución alternativa

  1. Open a map in ArcGIS Online.
  2. Click Add > Add layer from file and add the CSV file.
  3. Click the drop-down menu for the layer > Save Layer.
  4. Click the drop-down menu > Item details.
  5. On the item details page.
