Error
If the Windows Region and Language settings are set to Swedish (Sweden), the 'Find and Replace' tool fails to find, or find and replace records within an attribute table if the decimal delimiter is a comma.

Change the decimal delimiter to a period to find values as expected.If the machine does not provide the option to select the period decimal delimiter (.) in the drop-down list when setting the language settings, insert a delimiter of choice.
