Set the print service to asynchronous mode. When print tasks are expected to take a long time to process, it is recommended to configure the print service accordingly. Refer to the following documentation: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/10.9.1/publish-services/windows/tutorial-publish-additional-layouts-for-printing-with-arcgis-pro.htm for more information.

As outlined in the Help topic, switch to the Configuration tab and specify an Execution Mode option for the tool in the Parameters section. In most cases, Synchronous is suitable. However, select Asynchronous when requests are anticipated to take more than a few seconds, such as when printing large or detailed maps. Additionally, configure the logging Message Level for the tool.
