If Select All in Dataset Filter for Insights for ArcGIS is left checked before the search value is entered, the filter cannot be set, as Apply is grayed out.

Solución alternativa

Make sure Select All is unchecked before searching the field values. All values returned can be checked and Apply is active. If returned values are large, select the first value and then while holding the Shift key, select the last field value.
