If a schematic diagram is created from all of a specific network features, some of the links are incorrectly placed in the diagram.

The size of the diagram is hitting limits of the spatial index. Uncheck the 'Absolute units' check box on the Schematic Layout Algorithm dialog box, click Apply, and it will be fine.
