Error
If a hosted feature layer in Portal for ArcGIS is shared with the organization and is added to a web map above a hosted feature layer that is not shared with the organization, the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application made in Portal for ArcGIS does not show any data when consumed by a member of the organization with the User or Publisher role.
