Error
ICommandItem.Delete method fails to remove the Export Data and Export to CAD commands from ArcMap's layer context menu in ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
