Error
Hosted feature services in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 held in the 10.3 Data Store do not reflect that Sync Operations are enabled in GIS Server Connection > Service Properties.

No 'workaround' needed as sync is functional, this defect is just misleading for users when attempting to enable sync functionality and configure their services when looking at the GIS Server connection. The My Hosted Content connection for the Portal correctly reflects that sync is enabled under the service properties herePasos para reproducir
