- Extract the hosted feature layer to a file geodatabase.
- Add the file geodatabase feature class to ArcGIS Pro.
- Split the feature class in ArcGIS Pro using the Split tool.
- Use the Split Features class to overwrite the hosted feature service from ArcGIS Pro.
