Hosted feature layers created by publishing Excel spreadsheets already containing a SHAPE field do not display features and return a "layer failed to load" error in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app

Solución alternativa

1. Open the locally saved Excel spreadsheet > remove or rename the Shape field > Save.
2. Log in to ArcGIS Online > Content > New Item > Your device > Select the downloaded Excel file > Add the Excel file and create a hosted layer.
3. For Fields, keep the default field types. For Location settings, latitude and longitude and keep the others as default.
4. Open the hosted layer data tab to observe the data on the table, then open the layer in Map Viewer. Zoom to the layer to see the point on the map and save the map.
