Error
Graduated symbology applied for a default field such as shape_area or shape_length created using Arcade expression is displayed blank in ArcGIS Online in hosted feature service.

This is a known limitation, with naming limitations between ArcGIS Online. Add another field and copy all the information from Shape_Area and use this field for applying symbology.Issue only occurs with default shape_area and shape_length.Pasos para reproducir
