GlobalID is 0 by default for all new features created in the Water Distribution Utility Network Foundation v3.4 solution deployed from ArcGIS Pro 2.5 in ArcGIS Online.

The field type of GUID is used in the asset package to allow for data migration. If data is created in the asset package, use the '+' sign to manually set a GUID.Solución alternativa
- Use the Add Global IDs tool to add a new Global ID field to all the feature classes.
- Create new relationship classes which utilize the new Global ID field rather than the old.
