Error
Geopoint coordinates embedded in the ArcGIS Survey123 custom URL scheme configured in ArcGIS Online's new Map Viewer pop-ups unable to apply comma-delimited (thousand separator) format as the Classic Map Viewer did and shows the thousand separator as "%2C" in the URL.

Solución alternativa
Manually uncheck the Show 1000 Separator option to the XY Coordinates field in Configure field when opening in New Map Viewer.
