The grid file needed for this transformation is missing. Contact the Canadian government to obtain the file. If users receive a file named ABCSRSv4.gsb, rename it to ABCSRS.GSB.Solución alternativa
Use ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 or a projection transformation other than 1702 and 1703.
