- Reformat the GeoJSON file to ensure 'type: GeometryCollection' is not used and the features are separated into 'type: Point', 'type: Polygon', 'type: MultiPolygon', 'type: LineString', 'type: MultiLineString', and so forth.
- Use the Quick Import tool from the ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension to convert the file to features, and publish to ArcGIS Online.
