GeoEnrichment Environment Configuration Utility would fail to run if the Geoenrichment Server and its configured WebAdaptor is deployed on separate machines.

Solución alternativa

Run the modified portalUtil.py (attached to the defect) by replacing it in Installation directory of the Geoenrichment server machine, the default location to which is: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\tools\GeoEnrichment\Utilities.
