This issue is resolved with the ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 Stale Query Patch that can be found at https://support.esri.com/en/Products/Enterprise/arcgis-server/ArcGIS-Server/10-9-1#downloads?id=8028.Solución alternativa
Caching can be disabled in Chrome while working with the feature layer.
Note: Clearing the cache can help pull in new results, however, it must be done often to accommodate the amount of use.
