Error

Following the ArcGIS Online June 2025 release, the 'Make groups visible to public' setting is no longer present under General > Sharing when assigning privileges to a custom role.

This is an expected behavior. There is a security option in the Security tab which reads, 'Members who are not administrators can make their content, groups, and profile public.'. If the option is unchecked, the option cannot be seen in the roles.
