Error
Fields are not displayed in the field calculator when the raster attribute table has a joined table.

Solución alternativa
Export the raster with the joined table to allow the field calculator to work. Use Field Calculator Geoprocessing tool(ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Fields > Calculate Field) on certain outputs. In testing. tif and img can handle most table joins, but GRID and FGDB Raster seem to have difficulty if the field calculation includes fields that have blank values.Pasos para reproducir
