No longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.0Solución alternativa
Create another field with the same values as the ID field and use this as the value field when setting the graduated symbols renderer. Or export the Excel sheet to a file geodatabase. The issue does not take place with a file geodatabase table.
