The issue is avoided by using ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to publish features in the LUREF Luxembourg TM projection system to Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1, which is considered to be the companion version of ArcGIS Enterprise with ArcGIS Pro 2.9. Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/release-notes.htm. The issue no longer exists when publishing from ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or later to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 or later.Solución alternativa
- Use ArcGIS Pro 2.9 instead of ArcGIS Pro 3.0 to publish features in the LUREF Luxembourg TM projection system to Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1.
- Use ArcGIS Pro 3.0 with Portal for ArcGIS 11.0 instead of Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1.
