"Failed to sign in. Sign in failed due to incorrect user name and/or password" Configured administrative login option to use arcgisAuthType application which automatically logs client into ArcGIS Online with the specified user account. Instead of which, it requests for ArcGIS Online login and when a valid ArcGIS Online account is entered, it fails displaying the error above. This happens on Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 11.
