Error
Expressions used to configure pop-ups in ArcGIS Pro are not honored in the map image service if the original fields are disabled in the ArcGIS Pro pop-up.

This issue occurs in Map Viewer Classic and is not present in the new Map Viewer. Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or a later version that includes the new Map ViewerSolución alternativa
- Save the map image layer as a web map (for example, POPUPS_BUG2_WEBMAP in the above environment).
- Click Configure Pop-ups > Configure Attributes.
- Enable the original fields (for example, text and shortinteger).
- Click OK > OK > Save.
- Refresh the web map. Select any feature, and all of the fields with their values are displayed.
- Click Configure Attributes and exclude the original fields (for example, text and shortinteger)
- Click OK > OK > Save.
- Refresh the web map. The original fields are not available but the expression's fields are displayed with their values.
OR
Publish the data without disabling the original fields in the ArcGIS Pro pop-up.
