Use the Table To Table tool to transfer domains.

Solución alternativa

1. Export the schema from the source geodatabase to an XML workspace document. 2. Import the XML workspace document to the target geodatabase. 3. Delete all objects in the target geodatabase. Objects include feature classes and tables, but the domains must remain. 4. Use the 'To Geodatabase (multiple)' option to export tables from the source geodatabase to the target geodatabase, and domains are correctly assigned to fields. Or Export the table using the 'To Geodatabase (single)' option to get the table from the source geodatabase to the target geodatabase. The table in the target geodatabase can then be deleted. The 'To Geodatabase (multiple)' option can be used to export the table anytime afterwards, and the domains are correctly associated with the fields.
