Error
Exporting a published survey to Excel from the ArcGIS Survey123 website returns the error message, "Failed to export."

Solución alternativa
- Sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise portal, and browse to the Content tab.
- Browse to the survey folder, and view the details for the hosted feature service.
- Click Export Data > Export to Excel.
An Excel file is created in the survey folder. This file can be downloaded and viewed without any issues.
