ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes. This issue will not be addressed as it occurs exclusively in services using the ArcMap service runtime, which is based on ArcObjects.
