Error 24011 occurs while sharing a Web Imagery Layer after registering the folder location of the ACS file.

Click the error 24011 from the ArcGIS Pro Analyzer window, and register the ACS file location. The location is registered as an ArcGIS Enterprise item and is grayed out on the ArcGIS Server (Image Server role) Data Store page.
