Enabling the Strong Drop Shadow effect for point features in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer causes them to shift to the right when viewed in the print preview for any file type.

Solución alternativa

Applying other effects such as Drop Shadow + Gray does not cause this issue, and neither do the other effects. Not using any effect also solves the issue.
