Editing a 3D feature service using the REST endpoint does not update the geometry of the feature in ArcGIS Pro using a feature service from ArcGIS Online.

In the Layer Properties dialog box of the service, select the 'Don't cache any data locally' option to refresh the display.

Solución alternativa

In the Layer Properties dialog box of the service that is not refreshing right away, click the Cache tab, and select the 'Don't cache any data locally' option. Clear any cache built. This allows the data to refresh immediately upon panning.
