Error
Downloading a shapefile in NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Washington_South_FIPS_4602_Feet (WKID 2927) from ArcGIS Open Data using the local projection converts the data into a custom projection.

Marking this wontfix - we won’t be fixing any projection issues with the current downloads. The projection capability is in beta and projection issues will be fixed when we move to ArcGIS Online downloads.Solución alternativa
