Error
Double records are displayed at the same time in the time slider in ArcGIS Pro.

In each provided sample, both the Start Included and End Included options are enabled, which is the default. When two points are one second away: the start time matches the first point, the end time matches the second. Both points will display. If either is desired to be hidden, click either option to exclude these values. This will resolve the appearance of a double display of points that are one second apart when viewing a single second of time.
