Close ArcGIS Pro and start the application as the desired user.Solución alternativa
In Portal for ArcGIS > Organization > Settings > Security > Logins, enable the “ArcGIS log in” sign-in method (i.e. ArcGIS built-in account).
Repeat steps 7 to 12, observing that ArcGIS Pro is signed in as the same SAML account that is logged into the browser. In this example, ArcGIS Pro correctly shows that the user is signed in as support@tssupport.ca (as opposed to kluangkhot@tssupport.ca).
