Error
Develop the ArcMap Table Of Contents (TOC) so that it matches the same behaviour that ArcGlobe uses for check marks. ArcGlobe shows a grey background for check boxes that are checked, but for which the layer is not being drawn because its parent (e.g., group layer) is turned off.
