This issue was not reproducible when tested by the development team (i.e., pop up field name orders were configurable for stand-alone csv tables) and will not be addressed at this time. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.

Solución alternativa

At present, the user can set field name orders by:

1) Opening the hosted table in Map Viewer;

2) Configure a pop-up/set field name order from within layer properties;

3) Save and ensure the details element is consuming the hosted table as a map-operational layer.

The details element must now be based off of the pop-up configuration specified in step two. For a stand-alone layer, follow similar steps with one exception: save the table from within the tables tab in map viewer. This does not create a web map and saves the updated table.
