This issue is not reproducible in the latest version.Solución alternativa
Toggling the elevation mode off and on again enables the Densify Lines check box. Toggling between polyline layers also enables the check box. Saving the project, exiting ArcGIS Pro and re-opening the project causes the check box to be unavailable. Each time the project is opened, toggle either the elevation mode or layers to enable this functionality.
