Error
Custom pop-ups configured in ArcGIS Pro without the Fields element affect the visible attributes in the Attribute Table widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

Solución alternativa
- Open the hosted feature layer web map in Map Viewer.
- Hover the mouse over the layer in the Contents pane, and click More Options (three dots to the right).
- Click Configure Pop-up.
- In the Configure Pop-up pane click Configure Attributes (blue link).
- Click the check box beside Display to select all the attributes.
- Open the web app and follow the steps outlined in the Steps to Reproduce.
- The attributes should be visible in the attribute table.
