Error

Credit reports only record credit usage (per user, within a certain timeframe), but they do not display when and how many credits are provisioned for the organization. Subscription renewals and purchases of additional credits count as inflows that are reflected in the status dashboard ('Overall remaining credits'), but they are not recorded in credit reports.
